🌦️ Bring a little observation, conversation, and hands-on learning into your morning routine with this printable weather duo from Juneberry Kids Printerie!

Designed for preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten, homeschool, morning meeting/circle time, nature study, and early science learning, this two-piece set gives young children both the language to describe the weather they notice and an interactive way to mark the day’s conditions.

Simple enough to become part of an everyday routine, but open-ended enough to encourage real conversations you're likely already having: What do you notice outside? What is the sky doing? Is anything moving in the wind? How does the air feel?

    🌿 DESIGNED FOR REAL LEARNING

This resource is meant to do more than decorate a morning meeting board.

Try looking through a window or stepping outside together before using the chart. Invite children to notice what they can see, hear, and feel. Then use the vocabulary page to find words for their observations and turn the weather wheel to mark the day.

Along the way, children can practice:

    • Weather vocabulary
    • Observation and description
    • Oral language and conversation
    • Early science concepts
    • Comparing daily conditions
    • Making connections between words and real-world experiences

And, of course, the very serious scientific practice of checking whether yesterday’s arrow still happens to be pointing in the right direction.

✂️ HOW TO USE THE WEATHER WHEEL

Print the weather wheel and arrow on sturdy paper or cardstock.

Cut out the arrow and attach it to the center of the wheel with a small brad/paper fastener so that it can rotate freely.

For repeated use, laminate the pieces before assembling.

Each morning, invite your child or students to observe the weather and move the arrow to the image that best matches what they see.

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a customization, for example), if you contact me directly.

WHY I COLLECT THIS INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including: as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list; if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services; I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

    INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
    - Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
    - Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
-Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
-Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Is this a physical product?

No. Juneberry Kids products are digital downloads unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. Nothing will be shipped to you. After purchase, you can download the files, print them at home, or send them to a local or online print service.

Where do I find my files after purchase?

Once payment is confirmed, Etsy makes your files available through your account under Purchases & Reviews. Etsy may also send a download link by email. Digital purchases generally cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app, so you may need to use a web browser.

What kind of paper should I use?

For most cards and learning materials, I recommend a sturdy white cardstock for the best balance of color, durability, and ease of use. Standard printer paper works well for worksheets, activity pages, and anything you plan to place in a binder or sleeve. In a pinch, cards can be printed on standard paper and glued to cardstock or cardboard.

Should I laminate the cards/activity pages?

We recommend laminating, especially for classroom use, but you don’t have to. Printing on heavier cardstock is often plenty for home use. Laminating is helpful for materials that will be handled frequently, used with dry-erase markers, or passed between many small hands.

Can I use these materials in my classroom?

Yes. Your purchase includes use by one household or one individual educator/classroom. You’re welcome to print as many copies as you need for your own students or children.

Please purchase an additional license or copy for each additional educator, classroom, or household using the resource.

Can I share the digital file with another teacher, parent, or homeschool family?

Please don’t share, email, upload, or redistribute the digital files themselves. In-person lending of physical resources once printed is fine, but if another educator or family would like to use a Juneberry Kids resource, I ask that they purchase their own copy.

You’re always welcome to recommend the shop, though! I’m very grateful when you do.

Can I resize or alter the printables?

You may adjust your printer settings to scale the file for your own personal or classroom use. The original digital files may not be edited, altered, resold, redistributed, or incorporated into another product.

If you need a size or format that isn’t included, feel free to send me a message and I would be happy to send you the correct size free of charge.

Will the colors look exactly the same when I print them?

Not always. Colors can vary slightly between screens, printers, paper types, and print services. For the closest result, use your printer’s highest-quality setting and a bright white paper or cardstock.

What if I have trouble with my download or file?

Please send me a message through Etsy. If something isn’t downloading, opening, or printing the way it should, I’m happy to help troubleshoot.

I’d rather you ask than spend forty-five minutes arguing with your printer.
